I am offering from a smoke free environment, this high quality, new tonearm wire rewire kit. All components are RoHS Compliant lead free materials. It consists of 5 wires, Red White Blue Green and Black. Each wire will be a minimum of 24 inches or 60.96 cm long. The black wire is provided for ground, but may not be required for your application. *Teflon insulated 32 AWG Silver Plated Copper stranded wire consisting of 7 strands of 40 AWG per conductor *Nominal Outside diameter of one conductor .021 inches or .53 mm *The contact area of the clips / crimp connectors are flashed gold over nickel. I recommend a little solder on the crimp connection after crimping to insure a positive connection, however too much solder will not allow the shrink tube to slide over the crimped area. *The clips / connectors have a contact resistance of .01 ohms *Compression type clips will fit all modern round cartridge pins sizes: .050 inches / 1.27 mm nominal, and will also fit round cartridge pins from .0492 inches / 1.20 mm to .0531 inches / 1.35 mm *Four color coded shrink tubes. ADVANTAGES: PTFE Insulation has an extremely low coefficient of friction, meaning that it moves freely through the twists, and turns, within, and required by cycling of the tonearm. PTFE also has outstanding chemical and weathering resistance. Silver Plated Copper wire is composed of a copper core covered by a concentric silver plating.
