How to Measure a Turntable Belt Hold a worn belt by the ends without stretching to determine the length of a turntable belt. Measure the inside of the belt's lensgth and multiply by two. Lay a broken belt out straight without stretching it and measure the length. If the belt is in more than one piece, put the pieces together and then measure the length. Wrap a piece of string or thin wire around the turntable and the motor pulley to measure for a seriously damaged or lost belt. Follow the belt's path, mark the string or twist the wire at the correct length, remove the string or wire, stretch it out straight and measure the length. How to Replace a Turntable Belt: Not all Turntables are the same but this is a link to a video that I found on you tube that will give you the basics: https://youtu.be/FTJd_WbEhEs FEEDBACK: Our goal is to satisfy our customers and earn positive 5 star feedbacks for every item.
