IL kit e’ composto da:2x Parte nuova che notoriamente si rompe, parte plastica, realizzata in resistente PLA2x Grano lungo a brugola m4 ATTENZIONE:QUESTA E’ UNA VERSIONE RINFORZATA, OVVERO CON PARETI DI SPESSORE MAGGIORATO.POTETE NOTARLO NELLE ULTIME FOTO DOVE LA VERSIONE NORMALE (DIMENSIONI IDENTICHE ALL ORIGINALE)E’ MESSA A FIANCO A QUESTA VERSIONE CON PARETI INGROSSATE. NELLE IMMAGINI/FOTO, LA VERIONE INGROSSATA E’ A DESTRA. QUESTA VERSIONE E’ VENDUTA SOLO IN COPPIA. Installazione: (vedi foto in annuncio a cerniera finita e riparata).Tagliare via, con flessibile (smeriglio – girello…chiamatelo come volete), una delle due teste del perno originale.Sfilare il perno aiutandosi con punta cacciavite a croce o punteruolo..e martello.Passare un maschio di m4 nelle due parti metalliche che erano attraversate dal perno originale. Riassemblare la cerniera con il particolare fornito, inserendo prima la molla (sfilata dal vecchio pezzo rotto), poi posizionare il particolare nuovo sulla cerniera e avvitare il grano fornito.Smerigliare via la parte eccedente (punta) del grano fino a quasi essere a filo con la parte metallica.Porre un po di colla sul filetto..colla tipo bostik o UHU..quindi colla liquida (meglio no attak). Il coperchio rimane aperto poco oltre il verticale per via di un fine corsa posto a circa 83°/88°. Il coperchio, quando verticale, si intende a 90° rispetto il giradischi.Ovviamente si puo anche chiudere.Un semplice studio sul baricentro e sul punto di massima apertura non permette al coperchio di chiudersi “da solo” involontariamente, nemmeno sotto urti “sfortunati”.
