Although it is “new” in the package, it was probably made in the 1970s, or even earlier. I tested it thoroughly to be sure it works correctly, so you can buy with confidence. I have inspected it visually under high magnification, checked it electronically, and tested it for sound production. It works as it should. Check out the photos to see what is included.
