This is the Teflon interface washer that goes on the record clamp collet on all Michell record clamps. It prevents the record clamp body accidentally spinning your LP against the platter when the clamping knob is turned. This avoids possible damage to your delicate LP’s. This is a great upgrade for Michell record clamp copies such as Nobosound, POM, Douk Audio and Audio Zomba. These copies are all missing this important part!
